- All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- A notification email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout when your order has been shipped.
- Upon shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to check the status of your order. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
- If your order hasn't arrived within 5 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number for assistance. Use the FedEx tracking number provided via email to monitor shipment status.
- Expedited orders are shipped by the next business day, and in some cases, may even be dispatched on the same day.
- Most East Coast and Mid-Western orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days after leaving the warehouse. Orders west of the Rockies usually reach their destination in 3-5 business days.
- Shipping to P.O. Boxes is not allowed due to the size of the majority of our orders. Provide a physical address for timely delivery.
- International orders are processed similarly to domestic orders, with potential additional import fees such as VAT. These charges are separate from our prices and are handled by your local customs office.

- Return Time: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase. Please ensure all items are returned within this timeframe.
- Return Conditions: Returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept items that are damaged, altered, or used.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number to continue the return process.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different one, please follow the return process mentioned above. After your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
- Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will promptly arrange for a replacement, depending on your preference.
