All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped via email to the email address you entered during checkout.
Orders are typically delivered in 3 business days but those times can vary due to 3rd party shipping delays from companies like FedEx and USPS. Countries outside of the United States are subject to additional charges due to variable increased costs that come along international shipping.
I’m sorry but we do not offer in-store pickup at this time.
We offer international shipping to countries outside of the United States for an additional fee. That fee will be calculated at the time of fulfillment of your order.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Double T Saddles is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. You can track your shipment status from the FedEx tracking number that was provided you via email.
Unfortunately we do not allow shipping to P.O. Boxes because the vast majority of our orders are too large and they simply will not be delivered. We ask that you provide a physical address for your order to ensure timely delivery.
We adhere to a strict 3 business day's return or exchange policy for all merchandise. Any exceptions beyond 3 days are at the discretion of the general manager and must have valid supporting evidence at the time the claims are made, including Invoice # & Purchase Date. The merchandise must have ALL original packaging and tags. A credit for the merchandise will be applied to your DOUBLE T account. We do not refund credit cards. (Credits will expire after 1 year if not used) All merchandise without its original packaging cannot be returned without approval.
We will deduct 35% restocking fees of the order minus the freight on any returns/ exchanges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
